INTRODUCTION

SUNSTAR PRODUCTION TRADING SERVICE CO., LTD is a professional company specializing in the manufacturing of plastic injection molds and rapid prototype molds in Vietnam. Located in Binh Duong, Vietnam, and established in 2014, Sun Star focuses on producing plastic molds for the automotive, household appliance, medical equipment, electronics, and sports equipment industries. Our company owns a production facility spanning over 2,600m², with convenient transportation access. Currently, our production capacity reaches 10–12 mold sets per month.

Our company consistently promotes modern management systems in the mold-making industry in Vietnam, aiming for zero defects. We are committed to ensuring the highest standards of quality and technical expertise. Therefore, we continuously explore new fields, innovate, and develop to become a leading professional mold manufacturer in Vietnam. CNC MACHINING CENTER

At Sun Star, the CNC machining center is the heart of the entire mold-making process. Equipped with 12 modern CNC milling machines from leading brands such as Makino, Hwacheon, Mori Seiki, and Taikan, this system ensures high precision, optimal cutting speed, and production stability.

SINKER EDM & WIRE EDM

At Sun Star, this equipment system includes:

Five units of Sinker EDM from reputable brands such as Makino and Mitsubishi. These machines have a large machining range (up to 600 x 400 mm) and high stability, enabling quick resolution of complex profiles while achieving surface roughness standards.
Three units of Wire EDM, including two Sodick machines and one Makino, which reduce machining time while achieving high straightness and precision.
