With a total workshop area of 2,600 m², the facility is fully equipped with dedicated functional zones, including a CNC machining workshop, a mold assembly area, a plastic injection department, storage, and advanced measurement rooms such as CMM Lab and Tool Measuring Room. Sun Star's team of engineers and technicians has 2 to 25 years of experience, ready to meet the most demanding requirements in quality and delivery.

Manufacturing Capabilities

Sun Star is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery from top brands such as Makino, Sodick, Hwacheon, Taikan, Mitsubishi, Okamoto, including:

• 12 CNC milling machines
• 5 EDM machines
• 3 Wire-cut machines
• 2 Surface grinders
• 6 Plastic injection machines (ranging from 50T to 450T)
• 2 CNC lathes

Thanks to its advanced equipment and strict production management, Sun Star can produce 10–12 small molds and 6–7 large molds per month, with an average lead time of 6–8 weeks. Additionally, the company provides rapid mold repair services, which are typically completed within 7 to 14 days.
